What We Offer:
The "single" Rooms:
The room number 4 is on the 2nd floor with garden view. The floor is with carpet and the ceiling is quiet high.The rooms number 10 and 11 are small but pretty.
There are both on the 2nd floor and they received light through a roof's window..
The "Junior" Rooms:
· Room numbers 2, 5 & 6 are large rooms, overlooking the local street. The sound of local traffic may be noticed by the guests in the early morning.· Room number 12 is a very large room located on the ground floor. It is situated in a very quiet position, guests can enjoy the airy freshness during the summer season By using the couch, the room is suitable for three persons.
The "Standard" Rooms:
Room numbers 1, 3, & 9 are spacious rooms located on the first floor, overlooking the garden. The creaky wooden floors are characteristic of the architecture of the 1800's.Room number 7 is a large room located on the second floor, also overlooking the garden. This room features a moquette floor and a high ceiling.
Room numbers 18 & 19 are small rooms, located on the second floor with wooden floors and high ceilings.
The "Old Orangerie" is a very large room with an annex serving as a kitchenette. It has its own garden located near the swimming pool - a perfect way to enjoy the outdoors during the summer. This room is particularly recommended for families with children or small pets. It is also suitable for handicapped guests.
The Torre (tower) is a unique small three floor apartment. It has a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen and a panoramic balcony on the roof - the ideal place for a candlelight dinner. Because of its narrow stairs, it is not suitable for guests with children or for people withe disabilities .
The "Superior" Rooms:
Room number 8 is a big double room with private bath, overlooking the garden.Room number 14 is a large room under the roof and with a big terrace.
Room number 16 : A large room with view on the garden.
Room number 17 is a big room on the second floor on the north side of the villa, with magnificent view of the garden.
"Suites":
"Hartmann" Suite: a unique and beautiful furnished apartment with kitchenette, private bath with bathtub, bed room overlooking the entrance of the villa, and a living room with fireplace. This is located on the first floor, on the north wing of the villa, and includes a sunny outdoor terrace."Appartments":
Hartmann suite : A beautiful appartment on the first floor with : kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a big sunny terrace.
The Tower : an original apartment on three floors where each floor is a room. The first floor is with bathroom and bedroom, the second one is a small dining room and the last one is a terrace. As the stairs are really straight, this apartmen is not recommended for families with children of for persons with physical problems.
The old "orangerie" : a big room on the ground floor with a little kitchen and a private garden. As it's near of the swimming pool, this apartment is perfect for families with children or small animals. This apartment is also prepared for person with physical problems.

Apartment holidays prices
The prices for holidays apartment are for two persons.
Breakfast and cleaning are not included.
Sheets and towels are included and there are changed each 6 days.

We have 6 parking places for our guests. The parking area is not covered. The cost for each place is 10 € per night and the guests are asked to reseve it when they book the room
Babybeds are free. Please, if you need one or more, ask for it/them when you bok the room.
A program of planned excursions is prepared annually.
Guests who would like to take part in our excursions are kindly asked to inform us in advance.
A copy of the planned excursions will be mailed to our potentials guests upon request.
Please note:
- Smoking in the rooms is not allowed.
- Check-in time is between 4 and 8 p.m. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us in advance.
- The Villa has no elevator; for handicapped guests there are 2 rooms located on the ground floor.
- Dogs and cats are welcome in most of the rooms. However, we need to be informed of their presence at the time of the reservation (as a courtesy to other guests) and we ask 8€ per day like surcharge.
- Please inform us of any kind of allergy you might suffer (like animal hair, dogs, etc…).
- The park is not a secure place for children because of water channels and ponds. The parents are requested to watch their children at all times.
- The swimming pool is open on a seasonal basis.
